In case of any reason, if you were not completely satisfied with the purchase of your K license, you may send us your refund request to support@13.126.121.251 within 30 days from the date of purchase with the below details.

  6. Order-confirmation number or order confirmation e-mail which you received from All in One Software
  7. The specific reason for requesting a refund

Upon receipt of above information, we will evaluate and process a refund by deducting the transaction fee from the original invoice value.

Refund applies only to below conditions

  • – Only if you request within 30 days from the date of purchase

In case you have purchased a consumer product and transferred the license to another user, you are not entitled to refund if the recipient activated the license.
